Transpectidapt was founded in 2023 by me, Jesper Fernström. I’ve been working as a consultant for 20 years. Started out as a .Net developer, moved on to project management for a while and then decided to focus on Agile frameworks and Azure DevOps. I hold a M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Sweden and have been a certified Professional Scrum Trainer with Scrum.org for over a decade.
Also, I invented and defined the word “transpectidapt”.
Transpectidapt verb
(trænsˌpɛkˈtɪdæpt)
: a neologism, a term created by concatenating three existing words: transparency, inspection, and adaptation. It is the act of continuously improving people, processes and tools by being transparent about the current state and through regular inspection and adaptation to achieve a better future state.
